Had a week trip in Japan. This was a very easy transaction from pick up to drop off. Picked it up upon landing in Narita and drop it off just before security gate. There’s a red mail box at the entrance of security gate.

2nd time using this pocket wifi service and it has always been my go-to choice when traveling around Japan. Very reliable and fast. Suits my needs well.
