Good service! But I was looking for pick up aria.

Easy to pickup and return. Good connection, only really lost connection or slow connection once. Other thank that it was great with three of us using it.

Easy to get and activate, highly recommended!

I wish I knew I could not share eSIM internet via hotspot before buying. I would have bought WiFi box or eSIM card separately for other family members. Otherwise very useful tool in Japan. Must to have!

Used a pocket wifi through Japan Wireless last year for 28 days and used it again this year. Highly recommended. Just ordered pocket wifi again through Japan Wireless for our son who is going to Japan for two weeks. Thank you for your service.

The internet connection was seamless as we travelled around central and southern Japan. It was fast for train timetable negotiation. Very happy.

It was delivered on time and worked well

Although it costed $40 for 3 days, it was worth it! Especially with unlimited WiFi usages and how convenient it is to just put it inside your pocket, and be on the go. Will definitely be purchasing it again when my family come back to visit Japan!

Worked great throughout Japan. Strong signal when I was in Nagoya, Kyoto, Tokyo, Shizuoka, and Osaka. Very convenient size to fit in different size bags.

Very easy to use and setup.
