Worked very well during our trip. Quick and easy pickup and use, with no issues. Never ran into any network issues -- we didn't notice any slow downs or dead spots. When we were done, dropping it off was quick and easy with the prepaid envelope you get when picking up the device.

Would use them again the next time I'm in Japan, and have recommend others that plan on going in the near future to use this company too!

I used Japan Wireless for the first time on my trip to Japan. I set it up the day of my departure and turned it on the moment I landed. We travelled several locations from Tokyo to southern Japan and northern Japan and data and cellular reception was great all across the board. Would highly recommend and will definitely use Japan Wireless again my next trip

You need 24/7 access to internet when travelling in Japan. Portable wifi did the trick and never failed or jammed. Must purchase!

Great access everywhere we went in Okinawa on the mainland and easily sent back via the airport post box on level 3. Will use again.
