Travelled a few places around Japan and the only time the signal was lost was on certain underground routes. Never lost the signal above ground. Easy collection and return.

This is my second time using a WiFi device from Japan wireless during my stay and I’m still satisfied with the product. I always had a reliable and fast connection when I traveled around the country. The battery life of the device is equally impressive. When I travel to Japan again next summer I will be renting it again!

We ordered from Italy. Delivery was quick, and the very kind employee showed us how to activate it. The device has always worked well. Practical and functional. We recommend it.
