New equipment, functioned properly. Staff responded very promptly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

My partner and I ordered the 30 day sim and it was absolutely wonderful!! Super easy to change and use. When I come back I will definitely be using this same plan again!!

Everything was great. The only problem I had was in the beginning: The sim doesn't work properly if you use it as a second sim card. It should be the only sim card in your phone. Other than that, great coverage, great internet speed, I'm very pleased.

We were 2 couples on our Japan trip so we got 2 mobile Wifi units. I've used Japan Wireless' service before so I had no doubt about the internet connection. As expected, their units/service met our expectations. The units were used in a Nakasendo Trail hike. Connection was present even in the forests along the trail.
