Japan Wireless made my week-long trip to Tokyo completely painless, as far as staying connected and using my phone was concerned.

Easy pick up at the airport, and was able to mail it back easily at a mailbox at the airport, too (HND).

First time I hired the WiFi router from JapanWireless and had a good experience with it. It works everywhere we went in Tokyo and including our trip to Hakone. Will rent it again on our next visit.

I used this mobile Wi-Fi box nonstop for my entire weeklong trip. Pick up and return was very easy and quick. The battery lasts long under constant use and worked perfectly everywhere. I will definitely be using this service if I ever return to Japan!

We were so glad to have this and it worked great.- every where we went—even in the mountains. The WiFi kept a charge most of the day and then I simply plugged in the battery if it was a super long day and it all fit in my coat pocket. Used Google maps and would not have wanted to be without it!!
