The wifi was great, the extra battery was handy and the airport pickup and prepaid postal return were painless!

Good Service

While I found the WiFi functioned well, often it would not last for the entire day and the extra battery did not recharge the phone. While I tried different wires, it seemed the problem was in the additional battery. So often we would have to return to our hotel to recharge the WiFi unit itself. We found this frustrating and time consuming.

Good device, easy to use and without a single problem.

Battery lasted all day, no GB cap, fulfilled all my needs. Would recommend.

We used this and it was a life saver. Allowed us to be connected 24/7. Service provided was great. And customer service really helpful. Recommend it to anyone.

This pocket Wifi was very useful for navigating Japan! The charge lasted most of the day, and the service could be spotty, but overall, a very good experience.
