Worked perfectly. Easy pickup and drop off too.

It worked perfectly everywhere we traveled in Japan for both our phones. No worries about roaming charges.

This was so easy! I per-ordered it online, picked it up at the airport, turned it on and never had a problem with anything. The battery lastet for a whole day, so I never had to use the battery pack provided, but it was a good feeling to have it, just in case…..

Excellent product, highly recommended as it did everything I needed to do through out my 12 days in Japan. This is my second time using this product and it won’t be my last.

I used this company 11 years ago when we first went to Japan, and I am glad we used them again. No issues w the eSIM. We had a pocket wifi that stopped holding a charge after a few days, and after contacting customer service the issue was resolved promptly. A new pocket WiFi was sent to my hotel same day! No issues w the eSIM (easy to follow instructions to activate). Will use again!

Great service! Ordered online in English, very easy. Equipment waiting for me at hotel in Japan. Used throughout Japan for 10 days. At end of tour, dropped off in red drop box at Haneda Airport. Will definitely use again - highly recommend!

The process of receipt and return is easy, and the mobile wifi is a boon for those travelling with both phone and Ipad. Couldn't fault it.

Very easy to use. It works 99% of the time while we were in Japan for 3 weeks. One suggestion would for Japan Wireless is to fully charged the pocket WiFi before customer pickup it up. We were not able to use it right away because ours were not fully charged. We had to wait for it to charge at the airport before we can use it to get to our hotel.

Even though it wasn't listed on Japan Wireless' compatibility list, it worked with Xiaomi Poco X7.
