The unit performed perfectly throughout our vacation to Japan. We visited Tokyo, Kyoto, Kobe, Okayama, Kaga Onsen and Hakone. Internet speed was fast and we were able to watch Netflix videos. The cost was fair for the 24 days we were in Japan. I never needed to use the portable charger that was supplied. I was very pleased with my experience. It is a turnkey operation.

Great service! Easy to use and it worked well everywhere!

Very happy with the service from Japan Wireless. This was my 3rd trip to Japan and my 3rd time using your Wi-Fi. Consistant connection and never a problem.

No complaints

Very efficient and reliable. Didn’t have a problem at all. Fast speed and constant connection.

We visited Japan in our vacation and we needed some network. It was fast and worked well. Everyone could enjoy net free and use it how you like. Would recommend and definitely use again. We were 7 and we had one pocket WiFi from the house we rented but if u are more than 4 then I would recommend to maybe order 2 pocket WiFi instead of 1 since it’s nice to split up some time

It was great! Very good internet.

Good! Highly Recommended

Had great service and long battery life! Also was easy to pick up at airport and return in mailbox! Will definitely recommend and use again!

Very good service
