Amazing speed. Great coverage all over Japan. We travelled all the way to sado island, Kyoto and Tokyo. No issues at all . Their pick up and return service is also very convenient.

The speed was fast and we didn’t have any problem at all. Will rent again in the future.

Very convenient and mostly working fine.
The internet speed is MUCH lower than promised but still OK.. Sometime it is loosing connection for no apparent reason.
No connection at around Mt Fuji.
Had to reset the modem after 12 days because it totally lost connection.

Coverage was basically 95% everywhere, with the exception of a small mountain town of Niko. Used it for maps and research and it worked great. I highly recommend this company and if you're like me, on the move and constantly exploring, then I highly suggest adding the power pack for the extra battery.

Having a permanent internet connection with me gave me the freedom to explore Japan to my heart’s content, always knowing there was another train I could find, a nearby highlight, restaurant or shop, or a way home. Essential for our trip and I dare say most modern travelers too.
