Easy to pick up, easy to use, easy to drop off

Great device and service convenient and was very good. Device was reliable. I’d recommend to anyone traveling in Japan.

Perfect product to have on the go. Its small and compact to put in your pant pockets. Most importantly, it was very relaible everywhere we went.

Mostly flawless with a few dead zones here and there. The external battery was a lifesaver.

Perfect service

I’ve travelled 2 weeks in Japan with this device and it worked from monastery in Koya to Tokyo subway. External battery is A MUST. Device on itself can’t work for more than half day. I would always connect the included battery around 1-2 pm and that way it lasted through the day uninterrupted. I had my phone in airplane mode and used WiFi calling only. It worked like a charm and didn’t pay a cent to Verizon.

Couldn't have navigated Japan without it!

Loves the convenience of collecting it from the airport and to return it back via post box. Internet speeds I reliable and fast
