This is the greatest thing for vacation anywhere. Easy to arrange, pick-up, use & drop off! Wish this was available in other countries!

I am so glad that we got this!! It was so nice to not have to worry about finding wifi especially when it came to finding directions or figuring out which train or subway to use. It always worked great, and I would HIGHLY recommend.

My wife and I rented one of these for the eight days we were in Tokyo and Kyoto and it was great. We just threw it in my backpack and we both had full internet access at a pretty reasonable speed. It also allowed me to upload my photos from my DSLR to my computer at home for backup.

Reliable service, easy pickup, easy return. Appreciated the battery pack, allowing us to go all day without stopping and needing to charge.

Only complaint is that we needed to reset the wifi twice, after traveling from Tokyo to Kyoto via bullet train, and on our return to Kyoto. This was a bit annoying to do, but the instructions included made it quick.

The WiFi device was easy to use and provided good quality seamless WiFi for our family of five. It allowed us to use google maps and translate on the go and many other sites. The delivery and return process was straight forward and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend the device and service.
