Worked perfectly so we could watch Game of Thrones on our shinkansen rides!

The device was waiting at my hotel for me upon arrival and the device return was simple. We had four devices connected and found no problems with speed or connectivity. I had miscalculated the hire period and had to rent for an additional day which was a quick and simple process. I wholeheartedly recommend this product from Japan Wireless.

I was in Japan for about a week and premium wifi was a the real mvp. Being able to stay connected allowed me constant connection to Google Maps to help me navigate the Tokyo area with greatest of ease. While getting lost is part of the adventure, there are some times you need to get from point A to point B quickly. Reliable wifi also allowed me to look up places to eat and see without struggling to find a wifi source. Thanks, Japan Wireless!

It was very easy to pick up at the airport and return when we were leaving. The speed was great and it kept us connected everywhere we went in Tokyo. The battery lasts all day or most of the day with heavy usage. Totally worth it and will order again on my next trip!
