At first there was a little problem with the communication after ordering but then everything went smooth and was as advertised. We had good connection everywhere, even underground, in the shinkansen or in building in the cities. Would order again.

Worked perfect! Easy to get started even for me and the information how to return the unit was spot on. Without the WiFi we would be lost in Tokyo!
