Outstanding to have for short term stay

Great service but sometimes the battery pack didn't work

Long battery life. Easy to operate. Reliable. 5/5 would rent again!

The premium wifi is just perfect for a long stay in the country and I never had a failure with the connection.
The speed is great and it's pocket size is just the right size to carry it around without even notice.
It works even on the subway and all the places we went.
100% satisfaction and I'll be using it on our next trip.

We found this most useful apart from in the subways and underground shops and we could not receive reception in the tower of the look out of the government building where we had possible use of qr reader.

Works great when you have battery. The package came with a power bank but its extra weight to lug around so I left it in my hotel mostly. Overall good value

The device never faltered. The extra battery ensured all day connectivity. The pick-up and return process was very easy. A must have when traveling in Japan.

At times it can be difficult to communicate with customer service because only email is available, but overall this is a good and convenient service. The router itself is light and functional.
