I was very happy with the service. The SIM card arrived right on time, and it was easy to set up and get connected with the local network in Japan. I've used Japan Wireless before, and will use them again. Therefore, I can easily recommend them.

Great reception everywhere we went.. Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo.
Reliable service had it waiting for us when we arrived at the hotel and was super easy to return at the post box in Kansai Airport. Highly recommend the pocket WiFi. Downside is the battery would usually run out in the early evenings but a pocket battery is part of the rental... just means you’d have to carry them both.

This was great, enabled us to connect at all times. Fast & reliable.

The unit we ordered turned up a day early (very convenient) and worked fantastically even in the most remote locations. Four of us each had a couple of devices attached to the unit and we also used it to connect up satnavs on our phones - the speed was good - I would highly recommend both the unit and the company.

Wurde ins hotel geliefert. Ohne probleme immer im netz. Sehr zu empfehlen, da es nicht überall in japan gratis wlan gibt
