Easy and friendly to use

Very usefull device for families. Good coverage everywhere we went. With external baterry we used it for 1 day without any issues.

This made my trip super easy! The location at pickup was a little hard to find however the mail back process was a breeze. The device worked great the whole time and battery life was excellent.

4th time been using this and each time I've been ask to review. I don't mind spending a couple of minutes to do so everytime because this product is really good considering the price and convenience

I would highly recommend renting a pocket WiFi for your trip to Japan, especially for any visit to an amusement park.

We got the pocket wifi because our phones were locked and would not work with an eSIM. It worked great and we were able to not worry about running out of data and being throttled. It worked all over the country!!

The box works perfectly, the signal is great and the battery is excellent.

Reliable, good product

I travelled all around Japan and also went to Okinawa, didn't have any problem for connection. Sometimes it disconnected by its own, but i just had to select "on" again. The battery run out after 6h of use (aprox), but they give an external battery (cable included), which result extremely useful.
Easy to collect at the airport, and also to give back by post (instructions given by email, easy to follow).
I would totally recommend it.

We picked it up and dropped it off at the airport, we had great coverage all the way from Tokyo to Osaka, even inside a bunch of metro stations.
