Pretty good. Really enjoy the unlimited wifi. However I often have to restart the device because the signal is not strong enough for my phone.

This wireless is great. I was able to connect al my device easy and the battery life as in the instruction about 12 hours.
However , a minor problem raised: if you go in the nature or in the mountain the wireless can't connect you and the internet interrupt.
Its excellent for the trip in the city. Its very easy to book and to return.
I am happy for my choose of this product.

We used this mainly for google maps as well as a couple of hours of internet browsing on trains for two people. It got to 30% battery at its lowest, worked everywhere from Aomori to Kyoto, fast and way less expensive than a SIM card or wireless plan. Not to mention it comes with an extra mobile battery.

There is one huge problem with getting this for your trip, you will never be able to go more than half a block away from whoever has the WiFi if you want internet. Other than that it works perfectly for what it’s intended use is and we were constantly surprised how much battery we had after 8:00 am to 10:30 pm of use. For what it is it’s perfect. If you want the individual freedom to go whenever and meet back up with your family/friends, this isn’t your product. If you’re gonna be with someone else close by all day/all alone I think this is a great product.

My wife and I used this for our 3 week trip in Japan. It was fast and reliable.

So glad we prebooked the premium wifi prior to our travels. It was delivered to our hotel and waiting on our arrival. It was brilliant havingjnternet available 24/7 for tourist acti v ities, train schedules, google m asps and for work commitments. Thoroughly reccomend. We had no issues at all.

Awesome service! Didn’t have any issues and the extra battery definitely helped. Will definitely use the service again the next time we are in Japan!

The pocket wifi was ready at the hotel when we arrived. It worked great during our tour from Tokyo to Osaka. The power bank that came with it was definitely needed for some of our longer days on the trip. The couple of times we had connection issues were easily solved by restarting the wifi.
