Highly recommend using this pocket WiFi. We had no problems whatsoever and really missed it when we left Japan! The unit was waiting for us at our hotel as promised and the return with the prepaid envelope was super convenient. We would happily rent this unit again. Arigato gozaimas

Great perfomance at incredible price

Great service!

No problem using apps or video streaming. Highly recommended.

Have used Japan-wireless now and before. Always great to deal with. Fast response and quick delivery. If you travel to Japan, I recommend Japan-wireless!

Excellent

Japan Wireless made it easy to pick up and return the device. They provided simple instructions and all the hardware needed to have a great experience. The device worked almost everywhere that I traveled while in Japan (even in fairly remote locations). It never seemed like my data was being capped for too much usage. My only feedback was that it was a bit annoying to keep up with the case and return envelope since I was packed pretty light. Overall great experience! I will use them again if I get to go back to Japan!

Loved how convenient this was to pick up and return. You really need this whe you’re in japan. Highly recommended!

Pocket Wifi was delivered to our hotel, easy to set up, battery lasted a whole day, and they give you an extra battery to use. Can't get any more convenient than that! Returning was easy too! No issues with connecting, or speed, it was perfect!

Picking up, setting up, using the WiFi for multiple devices made our USA mobile devices useful. Return was easy. The whole thing was about convenient and temporary internet access while traveling and Japan Wireless was the way to do it.
