Been 4times using japan wireless service since 2015, overall is excellent signal except some spot in the Day-2 before returning day, Arigatou!

Everything worked well. Battery life lasted most of the day and signal was reliable. Pick up and return was simple.

Love love love it. Definitely a must have when visiting japan.

Overall it's perfect but battery didn't come fully charged and even not doing a heavy usage it gets hot and the battery drains quite fast.

It was delivered as ordered but unfortunately, our flight was delayed 1 day getting there so I was only able to use it less than 24 hours. I was able to connect 5 more devices to it. I had good service the short time we were there

Very easy to use service. Didn't fail us even in the subway, I cant wait to come back and use the service again.

I did a lot of research before settling on this device since I didn't want a big extra electronic to drag around with me. This was the perfect size, about the size of a deck of cards. We sometimes had to turn it off and on again when going from hotel wifi to using this outside. But in Osaka and Kyoto it worked fine for running basic things like messaging apps and Google maps. We had the most issues with it in Tokyo of all places, but the abundant public wifi there meant it wasn't too much of an issue. Turning the device off and on again did the trick every time, so we were never completely without wifi. The return process was also super simple. We just dropped it off at the airport post office. I did wish they'd send an email confirming they've received every thing for peace of mind, but otherwise is was an easy, simple way to have wifi for multiple phones on our trip. Of the companies I researched, Japan Wireless was also the most affordable for sure.

Ordering process was simple and was waiting at our hotel for pickup. Great to have hotspot for 4 if us to use. Hotspot lasted about 8hrs though portable battery they provide will extend use.
