Good !

I used this on my 12 day trip in Japan. I was alwaya connected to the internet wherever I went as long as I had it in my pocket or backpack. Knowing that I had a connection all the time helped me feel much safer should I need to get in touch with a hotel, tour guide or family back home.

Awesome product. Would recommend to everyone. Had a little hiccup in our order but they helped out within hours not like some other companies takes days to respond. 5 stars

Picking up router was so simple as was set up. Had four device connected to it all day and no problems at all. Battery life was perfect for our use. Good choice with promo codes available too!

Japan Wireless provides a very easy, intuitive device that is completely reliable all over Japan. Good battery life, but Japan Wireless provides an external battery and charger. Very easy pickup at the airport via postal service with a packaging waiting to pick up. Highly recommend device during your trip to Japan.

We always had signal and with the powerbank we had internet all day. My only complaint would be that when we collected it the device was only 25% charged, otherwise all good!

The team at Japan wireless is thorough and incredibly helpful. I couldn’t find a mailbox at the airport I flew out of so couldn’t send it back as agreed. When contacting the service team, they were understanding and walk me through every step via email. The WiFi device of course worked everywhere and I heavily relied on it throughout the trip.
