A little hard to find the post shop in the airport, but easy to connect, instructions are simple to follow, battery life is quite long and enough for around a day out. Fast wifi, and can still connect to wifi around 100m away. Overall great!

Worked without any problem, both in between high buildings such as in Tokyo and in rural areas throughout Japan.
Receiving and return the device worked without perfect. And customerservice is close to perfect.

I believe that you must have an wifi internet connection in Japan if you want to really enjoy yourself and not get lost. Google Maps for navigating and finding great eats, and apps for train schedules, and SMS chatting with LINE or Facebook Messenger. Public free wifi is still not so good.

So, my wife and kids rented a pocket wifi, and a week later I arrived to Japan and got a SIM card for my iPhone. The pocket wifi is great for families who use multiple devices. My kids are 10 and 8, and they like to play games and watch YouTube videos on iPads. My wife and I used the wireless wifi to chat with friends, plan trips, book last minute lodging, and look up information. Japan Wireless is a great reasonable service, and they make it easy to pick up SIMs and Pocket Wifi at the airport or hotel. The Pocket Wifi you can return by mail anywhere. I was really happy with the speed, amount of data, and convenience. Thank you!! You made our trip a memorable one!

I LOVE the quality and the service. If anyone ever travels to japan, this is a must have. The signal and speed was even better than the WiFi at the hotel. I will definitely be using their services on my next visit to Japan.

Great help when you touring around Japan!!!

We were very happy with the product. Pickup at the airport was straightforward, we didn't encounter any problems for the entire duration of our stay in Japan.

Cheaper than renting mobile WiFi device and no problems with recharging!
Blanket LTE coverage and high speed data transfer everywhere I traveled.

Esse aparelho tornou minha viagem muito boa, excelente sinal, facil de utilizar, entrega pontual e devolução simplificada, recomendo!!!

I have been to Japan 4 times over the past 6 years. Each time I visited Japan, I obtained a pocket wi-fi from Japan Wireless. The equipment always arrived at my hotel, it was really easy to use and simple to return. Definitely recommend Japan Wireless.

Very easy. Would rent again.
