Customer service was excellent. Item was received at hotel exactly on time, and they were very accommodating with my travel plans being changed. Speed was great everywhere I used it, battery lasted all day (turning phone wifi off when not needed).

Used the Premium Wi-Fi while travelling throughout Japan for a month. Speed is very quick and connection to several items was never an issue. Made my trip to Japan so much easier and recommend this to anyone who will be travelling there.

This was my first time using Japan Wireless WiFi access point and I was a bit skeptical. The reality trumped all my expectations - it offers very reliable, super-fast connection, much faster than many in-house hotel WiFi offerings, and it travels with you wherever you go! I will definitely use it again when I am visiting Japan next time.
