Easy order

I am happy with your service. I always get signal wherever I go. However, I am wondering if your pocket WiFi could transmit 5 ghz radio (802.11 ac or ax in the near future) instead of 2.4 ghz one. If there are too many SSID with 2.4ghz radio, the reception will be impacted a bit. Thanks.

We've been using the Premium Wi-Fi (187Mbps) for three days in Tokyo now and had no problems. Tomorrow we go to Kyoto so fingers crossed all works well!

It was great. Ez to use. Remember to drop off before going thru custom at ticketing terminal area. Otherwise u have to ship it when u get home.

I highly recommend Japan Wireless, the pick-up was easy and it was simple to use. We haven't had any problem with the pocket wifi and it was really helpful during our stay.

Even though I changed my arriving airport japan wireless made everything to provide me the device as soon as possible and sent it to he hotel. They were always quick in feedback and the device worked perfect during my travels to japan!
