I THINK ITS A GOOD PRODUCT, YOU HAVE WIFI IN ALL THE PLACES. IM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS ITEM.

A must-have when traveling and going around in Japan. Very convenient to acquire; it was mailed to our hotel, and returning was no sweat. We mailed it back with the prepaid envelope, just dropped it off at the airport. All 4 of us were connected the whole time we were out, and signal was strong.

The service and product were great. I highly recommend.

All great from reservation, pick up, usage, rental extension, return, payment, and most important prompt communication. Worked we’ll 24/7. Thanks again.

No issues and worked great

Used the prepaid SIM card for our mobile Wifi and worked perfect. We could use 500MB every day, this is more then enough. When I had questions, the responded within the hour.

Good connection almost everywhere. Battery isn't perfect but the supplied battery does a good job. Data limit isn't clear but for a normal use is ok

We traveled Japan for 2 weeks and we used this Wi-Fi for all 14 days! My husband and my iPhone were constantly connected and it was super convenient and helpful.

The battery life was wonderful - we never really had to use the external battery since we recharged the Wi-Fi well every night.

It was very compact and fitted in the small compartments of any bags and backpacks. It was very reliable and we stayed connected to Internet constantly for 14 days.

Pick up was very easy as well. We picked it up from the post office at Narita Airport. It located on 4th floor. When you were done, put everything in the enclosed envelope and just needed to drop it off at the post office before you went through the security. Make sure you drop it off before going through the security gate though.

Highly recommend this product if you need to stay connected just like we do in our everyday life.

Upon arrival, pickup at the airport worked as planned. The WIFI-service worked great during the time of my stay, especially with the extra battery.
At the end, i put everything into the pre-prepared envelope and left it in a post box at the airport - no trouble - just internet
