Simple, inexpensive and convenient. Picked up the wifi with no hassle at all. Didn't have connection issue at all. Highly recommend this company.

We were in Japan for 14 days and it never fail to provide us a good connections.

The pocket wifi works extremely well. Also, JapanWireless provided excellent services. The first one I got had some issue with the battery as it didn’t last long. I emailed them and they sent me a new one right away. After that, they continuously followed up with me after I got the second one.

Good Service, I had to pick up the device in your Office. They were very kind. Just a small problem with the connector but I will recomend your Service
