WI-FI connection is without problems!!!
Easy to use.
The order from Austria was no problem. We picked it up at the Airport and droped back to the mailbox. Very easy!
I highly recommend it!

Absolutely fabulous we have used sims in the past with varying degrees of difficulty getting them to work properly

With the wifi it was super simple efficient and an absolute breeze to pick up and drop back in the post

We will definitely use this service again when we return later in the year

This pocket WiFi was the best! We used all day and night. Made navigation of Japan easy and we never had a service issue. Price was reasonable and their customer service was great!! Our flight was delayed and we were unable to pick up at the airport due to getting in at 5:00 am do they shipped directly to my hotel. We will rent from them again on any future trips!!

Initially we had problems getting the unit delivered to our hotel as we ordered last minute.
In the end the unit was delivered to a later hotel on our route.
They refunded the days we were without the unit. However we did have to pay foreign currency charges levied by the bank.
Once it arrived the unit worked very well and was invaluable to keep online everywhere we went in Japan.
I recommend their service but book ahead so the unit is awaiting your arrival at your first hotel.
