It worked great without any problems from the first to the last day. I can highly recommend it. Next time I will order it again.

We were very happy with the invoice. It never failed.

I have been completely satisfied with your service

It was totally worth for my trip, the wifi worked perfectly and the connection was fast and steady, the delivery process very easy

Perfetto per restare stabilmente in contatto dal Giappone col resto del mondo

The internet worked very well, everywhere i went. The powerbank was very usefull for that long days.

This company has the best customer service. They are the most efficient and convenient provider. The receiving and returning process is the easiest one available. I’ve recommended this to everyone that talks about traveling to japan. The customer service team responds extremely fast and accommodating.

I rented a hotspot twice from this company (2017 & 2019) and twice their customer service was seamless. I even told my sister about it- she rented one as well while we were there in Japan together. It came with a battery pack which I didn’t even have to use. They provided a return envelope for the hotpot! I find they had great rates!
Thank you!

I used this service last summer, and it was amazing. I'll be using it for my trip to Japan this time as well I'm looking forward to it.

Speed was excellent, it was always connected. Handled 4 devices with no problem. The best was the additional battery pack that was included. We had friends pick a different service and they ended up attaching to mine.
