I really had no issues with the pocket wi-fi I got. Excellent use, excellent service. It was all simple and got the job done.

Spend 2 weeks traveling around Japan, had two devices ordered for the family. Signal was always good and the customer support speedy and on point. Could not ask for a better service, 100% would use again and recommend, thanks for everything!

But battery life was not quite long enough to last all day

It was easy to order, easy to pick-up and to return. Very easy to set up. I used it for two weeks, traveling around the Kansai Region. I mainly used it for checking emails and whatsapp messages, checking bus and train timetables, and getting directions. Very good internet coverage both in Kumano Kodo and Koyasan, and in Kyoto and the surrounding areas. Sometimes the speed was slower than usual but overall it worked very well. The battery lasted all day without the need of using the power bank included in the WiFi package. Highly recommended.

People only write reviews if they are super happy, super unhappy or are relatives/stakeholders who want to up the rating of a company or product. I belong to the first category. I never write reviews but since I was so happy with this product I will write and tell about it. To other people out there looking for a WiFi provider in Japan. It was the first time I bought wireless WiFi and this service provider was: excellent in the reliability and quality speed of the wifi, simple and no bureaucracy in the process and answers before you hardly resize you sent a question. So impressed! It will be the standard WiFi for me every time I go to Japan. I recommend to choose the premium unlimited access, that is the product of my choice. It is so my worth always having access to WiFi and never having to think about how much you spend. Over and outx

Easy pick up from post office and drop off at any post box! The connectivity is very good too! Will definitely rent it again when we next in Japan!

It is hard for me to say, how my experience could have been better. The package was waiting for me in my hotel, when I arrived, the wifi was very easy to set up, and even though I was completely jet lagged, it took me only 5 minutes.

I used the pocket wifi for my cell phone and my computer and it worked flawlessly...basically everywhere, including in the Shinkansen. I was in Fukuoka, Tokyo and Sendai...all perfect. The speed was very good and the battery lifetime was so good, that I never actually used the extra battery that was also delivered to me. Returning was also easy; just dropped it in a mailbox at Haneda Airport before going through Security.

The one thing that I had to ask for was a bill for the rental, because I used the Wifi on a business trip. However, that was easy as well and the bill arrived within a day via e-mail.

So, as I said, my experience was perfect all around.

Worked without any problems at all during 2 weeks.
