This wifi device was amazing! Coming from the US, it was extremely fast had had excellent service the whole time. It was also very inexpensive and I appreciated it being small. I will definitely order one again while traveling!

This is the second time I have used Japan Wireless while vacationing in Japan and for the 2nd time, I could not fault the product. The premium wifi package provides fast connection and with its ease of delivery and return procedures, I will use this service on future trips to Japan.

Great price and good wifi. Battery lasts fairly long, but me and my partner each got two in case we got separated and needed to contact each other. So that doubled the battery life.

Picking up this wifi module from Narita airport was quick and easy. Connecting to the device was a breeze and speeds very good. The connection is fairly consistent even on the shinkansen (bullet train), underground metro and inside buildings. There were times when the device locked up and could not regain internet access, this required a hard reset but the process was relatively straightforward with the supplied instructions. Battery life was very good, lasting most of the day with the back-up power supply a handy addition. Forget messing around with SIM cards, I'd highly recommend this device for those travelling in Japan instead.

Excellent, easy to use, fast, reliable, ample data and coverage. Can pickup or have delivered. We picked up at Haneda. It was easy to find and fast. We dropped off at the post box also at Haneda. Very reasonable prices, the cheapest and had insurance, extra battery. It is the best server we found in Japan.

We rented a unit for 7 days and the unit lasted about 6-7 hours on a full charge. It also came with a portable battery that could charge the unit or our phones. We always rent from Japan wireless. Awesome rates.
