Easy pick-up, the device worked fine everywhere with great speed, battery lasted long enough for a day of walking around or travelling. And great dropoff at the airport with the envelope! Thanks!

I highly recommend renting a Japan Wireless when visiting Japan. We had 4 people using it at one time and it was very quick. With 4 people using it, it lasted a day but it comes with portable charger so we never went without it. It was the best investment we made on our trip!!

Nothing to say except perfect !

Good coverage and speed.

Fair price, great support on line and always great wireless connection everywhere we go!! Next time in japan it will be with japan wireless, again!!

Easy to pick it up at the airport, and easy to return from a mail box at the airport. Excellent wifi even underground.

Eficaz y buena conexión siempre

The service is really good and connection never gave me any issue during my 2 weeks I used it.
It comes with a power bank, to cover the entire day

Work perfectly. No trouble at all. Keep charge all day.

Great connection everywhere, easy pick-up and drop-off, easy to get started!
