Customer service was very professional. We had a problem connecting and they were on it right away. Even gave us a refund since we cut short out trip. Very much recommended. Will definitely use them again when we go back to Japan.

Renting a pocket WiFi was one of the best decisions we made when we visited Japan!! We walked about ten miles everyday and never ran out of battery. It was easy to pick up at the airport when we landed and very convenient to drop off. Can’t recommend Japan Wireless enough!

I struggled a bit to decide whether to go with the picket wifi or a sim card. The pocket wifi was definitely the right choice. If performed extremely well. Service was excellent with great customer support.

From ease of pickup, all the way to ease of return, this wifi setup could not have been better. It was great to have consistent, reliable, wifi during our trip to Tokyo and Kyoto. Everything we needed was available at our hotel when we arrived in Japan and we simply left the unit in the return envelope with our concierge and were on our way. Easy!

Picked the SIM card up at Narita airport, at the post office in the 4F. Tried the SIM on two different phones - Android Pixel 3a and iPhone 6. Worked on iPhone 6 without any settings adjustments. On Pixel 3a I had to add the settings described in the attached manual, then it also worked without any issues. Cheapest version of having internet for two weeks I found, would recommend.

I had a premium wifi device for two weeks in February 2020. It worked very well as we traveled around Japan, even in the mountains near Nagano. Battery life was fine as long as it was charged at least once a day. The collection and return procedure at Haneda airport was really easy too. Recommended!

Vert content with this wifi. We had two for two weeks. We could use them for six hour without charging. Using a powerbank we had wifi all day.

Easy to find, easy to use, it was perfect for our trip in Japan !!!
