My Pocket Wifi was at my hotel when I checked in which was great. Also had a problem with the device after a couple of days but was contacted immediately and was given instructions on how to fix the problem. great service will use again

I always rent this Wi-Fi when I’m visiting Japan. Great customer service and easy to use.

Though this order was two years ago, don't really remember but they were pretty good for a decent price compare to other companies.

The wifi device worked great and equally important was the truly unlimited data. Unlike other services that tout unlimited service then limit speed after a certain data limit is reached, Japan Wireless offered truly unlimited data without limiting speed.

I have used Japan Wireless two times now. In both, everything worked as expected. No undesirable surprises, no flaws, and always good speed connection. Highly recommend.

Unlimited data, had no problems with the speed, no cuts/microcuts

The item arrived on time and was was at the front desk when I arrived at the hotel. Instructions were straightforward and no hitches were encountered. I was able to host Zoom sessions with it. Returning the item was just as easy, all I needed to do was drop the Letter Pack in the mailbox in front of our building. I received a notification that it arrived safely.

I’ve been using a Japan Wirelesss for years now and it’s always been very easy to pick up at the airport and very easy to return. Also the support team is very efficient.

I wasn't able to use it because of the pandemic but my experience with the refund and in exchanging emails with their customer service was very smooth and seamless. I will definitely get their service once more once Japan opens for international tourism and I'm able to go back for my second round of Japan adventures :)
