Very responsive customer support team. However, the speed was not as fast as expected. Might be because of my location. Still, it's good enough. Thank you!

We have use it before covid and now we are using it again. Best things to have while traveling around Japan.

Good experience in Okinawa. Delivered to my hotel without issue and the wifi puck worked well in Ginowan area. Price was better than some locally available wifi pucks, and no data cap was very useful.

Order process very easy and straightforward.

I have used Japan Wireless a few times in the past and I will be using it again in November this year. Excellent service, reliable and convenient. I usually rent Business WiFi and it does a good job. I would highly recommend it.

Reliable and flexible- recommend this to all visitors to Japan!

Just when other companies here denying me due to contracts and I was about to give up, I remembered that not only did Mobal offered WiFi devices without the need for contracts and they have wonderful English support. I wouldn’t have made it without Mobalpocket WiFi.

Easy to organise from overseas, have used this service before and it is very easy and cost-effective to use!

Very easy to do and a fair price

This will be my fourth time renting although it's been two yeas since the last time due to Covid. I travel all over Japan mostly on rural areas and have not experienced any connectivity issues. I highly recommend this devise.
