This product worked exactly as promised. It was in the hotel when we arrived, and the return was easy. I highly recommend this company and their services.

This is a very handy item to have for traveling in Japan. Easy to use and connect. Absolutely a necessity for gps. Just remember you need to return before you go through security at the Airport as there are no postal facilities once you go through security.

It was a wonderful experience using the portable router, and to have access to the internet everywhere. The only reconsideration was we were unable to text message between shared devices.

On time delivery, works as advertised, reasonable pricing..... Can't be better.
