Very satisfied with everything related to our rental of pocket wi-fi. Super easy and did the job perfectly with 3 of us sharing the wi-fi on the go for 3 weeks in Japan.

good quality wifi. very easy to use. I took an additional power battery but it wasn't really useful since the pocket wifi had a good autonomy already.

Ordering on this website is so simple with everything explained in an easy-to-understand manner.

After much research I landed on Japan Wireless and was not dissapointed. Pick up was easy and the device was working within minutes of pick up. I used it in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Hakone and had great reception. Only place I could not get proper Internet acces was on Mount Takao which is expected.
Drop off was easy and everything went as I had hoped.

The internet was fast and available everywhere I go. The powerbank in the kit was helpful especially when the wifi battery was low.

The return instructions are clear and the convenience of renting one is relatively easy! Love it!
