It works well and it's strong in most places I've been in Japan

I love the experience to get this pocket wifi. The Wi-Fi is stable and I can’t live without it whether I go.

This company is very efficient! The pocket wifi was there when I arrived at my hotel. The equipment worked well during my entire stay of 10 days. Return was simple -just dropped it off on the provided envelope. Plus they advised when they sent the envelope to my hotel and advised when they received it back. Totally worry-free! Will definitely use this company again when I visit in 2023!

I used it for 3 weeks while in a work + holiday visit. I was able to stay in touch with customers and family overseas using apps. At the beginning, I was worried that 10 GB would not be enough, but in reality, I ended up only using less than half. I could use in the long haul trains -including the Shinkansen, when outdoors, literally anywhere. It was fast and and at some points, I had connected at least 4 devices. I am a frequent traveler to Japan and certainly will use it again.

The price was great since I was only in Japan for about a day or two, I wish I was able to collect the wifi earlier but there's nothing that can be done about business hours

The ease to pick up and coordinate with Japan-Wireless is 2nd to none.

The unit itself had intermittent internet, but was available most of the time.

Did exactly what it was meant to do, gave us a great Internet connection no matter where we were in Japan. Would definitely recommend!

Travelled around Kansai and Hyogo and this wifi worked great. Battery life was so long I never needed the battery pack. Easy pick up from the post office. Couldn't pick up from the airport because our flight came in too late, so it was really nice that we could pick it up in town. Thank you

I have used premium Wi-Fi from Japan wireless company and I had a wonderful 3 weeks throughout Japan thanks to this Wi-Fi device. It satisfied me in every way and I highly recommend it to everyone. I didn’t experience any trouble during these 3 weeks. Thank you Japan Wireless Company🙏🏼
