When I put my comment on Google map, I used 4 stars instead of 5, and the company asked me what they can do to get better. Well, I have no idea (I just put 5 when I have a "wow" effect). I think the service is fast, easy, it works fine and in the latest versions, the WiFi last for the whole day, even if I use maps often. And you have a power-bank too.

To be always online when traveling in Japan is very helpful to translate written information etc. or just to check a timetable or finding your way with an online map or while driving a rental car.

Everything from the initial pickup, setup and arrangement of the drop-off was seamless. So glad we had this with us for the duration of the trip, a must have for any traveller to Japan. Would definitely recommend Japan Wireless!
