Everything was very easy to install, use and good quality. I didn’t even need the power bank! Coverage was great too! Nothing to complain.

Love the seamless order process. Very straight forward and the return process via post is very convenient for traveller.

The WiFi unit worked really well and was easy to use. Traveled all over with it and had Wi-Fi wherever we went. Daily costs were reasonable.

Amazing value, fast wifi with strong bandwidth and can handle 10 connected devices! The pick up and return process is so convenient and easy. 10/10 would use again.

It was very helpful during our trip to Tokyo, it gives you real time on the trains arrival and departures. Used it to navigate and cut down on times for getting lost.

I travel to Japan frequently and I loved how easy using Japan wireless was. You just book online and pick it up at the airport. Then to return, you throw it in the mail box with the package they provide. I will continue using Japan wireless!

We had fun during our stay in Japan, our wireless internet provider was very reliable and stable.

Nothing to Complain, works as advertised.
Powerbank a bit weak but that was kinda expected

I've rented from Japan Wireless a couple times now and each time has been hassle free. Pick up and return is simple and data is consistent. It even comes with a battery pack for on-the-go charging. Definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Japan.

I've used Japan wireless many times. The service is good, I will most likely use it again, but it definitely isn't cheap (daily rate) . I was lucky to find a promotion code online which helped.
