I had a slight issue but it was resolved quickly and ver professional

The device was so easy to handle! To get the device and also to return the device was easy as well! Next time I will be getting two instead of just one!

Super easy and convenient. Pick up and drop off right at the airport.

Really seamless experience using these guys. Easy to find at the Haneda airport. Easy to use and reliable internet. Simple to drop off. Fair price. I'd definitely use again.

It is very useful, we didnt need to use our phone data

la prenotazione è stata facile e l'utilizzo sembra semplice

Easy pick up, simple start up instructions (even for mature people!) good battery life, all worked. Absolutely no issues. I would recommend this provider.

My WiFi was delivered to my hotel and service was fantastic. Highly recommend, 10/10!!!

Wireless Wifi is very useful and reliable during out stay in Japan. Will employ the same service provider on my succeeding trips back there soon.

Amazing service! Battery for pocket wifi was good; lasted for 1.5 days!!
