Happy with the speed and coverage for my two week trip. Easy pickup in Fukuoka and dropped it in a post box at the airport.

I booked the pocket wifi, and was surprised it came with a powerbank. That is so convenient. Also the process to return is easy as mailboxes are still easy to find.

The pocket wifi was key to helping us navigate through Japan, using apps on my phone. I've taken trips to Japan before with out wifi and had to depend on spotty public wifi, if it was available. From now on I will rent a pocket wifi when traveling to JApan.

Very easy pickup. Use was simple and reliable. Wifi lasted all day no need for the battery pack, I used the battery pack to power my phone. Return of pack was easy simple instructions. Will use them again.

I have used my pocket wifi for 2 months now and have had no issues. The battery lasts me almost all day, and it makes travelling around so much easier!
