I was travelling with my teenage son and I’m not sure what we would have done without this pocket wifi! Both for navigating and for my son’s entertainment! Product was delivered to our hotel and easily returned by post. Thank you, your service is much appreciated.

Connecting my phone to the Wi-Fi set-up was easy and straightforward. Internet coverage was very good. I highly recommend this product and will use it again when I return to Japan.

This is my 2nd time renting from Japan Wireless. It's easy to rent ahead of time, get delivered to your hotel and then just drop in the mail after you are done. The wifi is so convenient to have wherever you are and you don't have to worry about logging in and you can share amongst people and other devices

Worked great, battery usually lasted all day. The extra battery pack was a great bonus for longer days. Customer service was great, we were supposed to pick up device at airport due to a delayed flight we were unable to. They shipped shipped device same day to our hotel there was a $10-13 fee but worth it, I recommend shipping to your hotel to prevent issues if you have a flight delay.

Very happy that I chose Japan Wireless. WiFi was delivered and worked as expected. Thank you

Everything worked great and the battery for the pocket wi-fi lasted a long time. Would recommend to others traveling to Japan!

We traveled to Japan from the US in April 2023. Japan Wireless was very convenient. We picked up our pocket wi-fi at the airport and connected our devices immediately. Our wi-fi service was uninterrupted during our entire stay. Highly recommend for travelers.

Ordering my premium wifi for my phone from Japan Wireless was
very easy....We will be visiting Hokkaido, Japan in June 2023 and we will be able to share our experiences with our family and
friends in USA!

Simple, quick and fair prices. 😁

Excellent and reliable for 21 days. We have coverage everywhere. With the additional battery, guaranteed use throughout the day.
