I ordered online, requested drop off at hotel I would be at on that date . It was at reception when I arrived. Easy to follow instructions. Worked well. Dropped in post box at airport when I departed. Could not be any easier.

It arrived prior to the day I arrived at the hotel. It comes with a charger, portable charger, carry case and self stamped
return envelope. Very convenient. Perfect for my week- long Tokyo trip.

Our Japan visit was smooth. Thanks to Japan wireless which keep us online all the time. We were able to connect anywhere not to be lost going to our hotel, Airbnb or even with our meet ups. Thank you again Japan Wireless.

The pocket wifi package was delivered to my hotel before my arrival. It worked seemlessly throughout our Japan visit. The battery lasted 12-14 hours each day so we didn't need to carry the provided back-up battery. In addition to perfect service in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Nagoya, we traveled around Japan on a small cruise ship. We had great wifi on the cruise ship, often at sea, so we didn't have to pay for poor wifi quality on the ship. I highly recommend this reasonably priced, high-quality product.

The pocket wifi was easy to set up and had good connectivity in Osaka, Hiroshima, Nara, Kyoto and Tokyo. On a return trip I would use your service again.
