Japan Wireless was wonderful and kept us connected to the internet (and not lost!) in Tokyo, Kyoto, Okayama, and even in more remote areas like Naoshima and Hakone. Highly recommend for other tourists!

Great pick up service at the airpot, fast and consistent wireless coverage

It was very easy to find post office and the wifi box had a very long battery! Would definitely use it again when I come back!

Seamless pickup and activation. Worked as described. Would definately recommend.

Work al time in my visit

It was waiting for me at my hotel and the extra battery pack was so helpful!

efficient, reliable and then ensures a perfect connection even on the most remote islands of the Okinawa archipelago! Absolutely recommended

Picked up at Tokyo airport. Posted at Osaka airport. Worked fine the whole way through .. Tokyo, Kawaguchiko, Kanazawa, Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, Kobe. Very reliable and comes with power bank, which I would say is needed as I would say if you are out all day by end of day the device needed a charge. Overall very good and high speed, without real limits.

Internet never went out. Pretty fast the whole time.

Very reliable and fast internet. This is the third time we use their services and we are very happy. We always rent 2 to be connected if we split to do different stuff.
