I've been using their pocket wifi for a few times now. It is always good and convenient. Except this time they gave me the wrong cable so I couldn't charge the pocket wifi but they were really reactive by email. Really good and simple service as always.

second time using japan wireless and they're the best! had zero issues with my wifi the entire time i was in japan!
