Easy peasy process, ordered online, found a 20% off code online, picked up at the airport and dropped at a mailbox before entering the airport when leaving…..speed were faster than most free WiFi and hotel WiFi, battery lasted all day without using the free battery pack that it came with. Will use Japan wireless next time in Japan!

It was my first time trying out Japan Wireless and it was awesome! Everything was so convenient — from booking to pickup, and drop-off. I love how lightweight the unit is too compared to other pocket wifis we’ve tried in the past. I also love that it comes with a handy powerbank. Overall, we were happy with the service. My best $80 investment ever. I feel fortunate to have found Japan Wireless just a few days before leaving for Japan. It made our trip much easier and more enjoyable to look things up anywhere, not having to wait for public wifi. The device worked flawlessly, and a full charge lasted all day. I am now researching mobile hot spots back home in the US.

Speeds were fast and reliable. The pocket wifi lasted pretty long almost never used the backup charger. This was for a group of two though so your mileage may vary

Great service the whole time! Pick-up and drop off at Haneda was super easy and quick - I really appreciated that they provided an external battery pack with the device. Overall would strongly recommend this to anyone traveling in Japan

So convenient, you can have your Japan pocket wireless delivered to your hotel, waiting for your arrival. Or pick it up at the airport on arrival. Excellent coverage & speed, we had no problem connecting or streaming. When leaving, simply place the pocket wifi in the return envelope provided & put it in one of the post boxes at your departure airport. Fantastic product and service.

I used the WiFi connection while traveling in Tokyo, Hakone, and Kyoto. It worked perfectly in all locations. Set-up was a breeze. The return process was very simple. I would highly recommend using this company. I will certainly use them again.

The service was excellent as well as the reception of the device. We had no problems, it connected instantly and worked properly throughout the week. We were very happy with the product as it also came with a battery backup for use when the battery was low. All in all, very good. Two thumbs up!
