My family and I traveled to Japan without the aid of any tours. We explored Japan with our own agenda and saw all the things we wanted to. If it was not for the portable Wi-Fi, the trio would not have been a success as it was. Highly recommend.

Very easy to order. Delivered to my hotel. Worked well without any problems. No problems returning in the envelope provided. Will use this service again without hesitation.

Excellent performance of the router. The connection was really fast. Battery lasted a whole day without problems. It was really easy to get and return the device at the airport post office. The only thing is that the customer service is not good. I’ve written multiple times to change the pick-up date of the device and never heard back.

I got the pocket wifi for my stay in Tokyo recently. I picked up at the airport easily. It was easy to use with instruction in the package. Very consistent performance and I was very happy with it. Drop off when I left the airport was also easy. Greatly recommend to use while you are in Japan.
