My son and I didn't have the option to get sims cards in our new phones. The wifi was very reliable over a wide area of Japan. Battery life was excellent. Customer service was really good as well.

Amazing, very easy to use and helpful.

It was waiting at the hotel when we arrived and was easy to return. We had Wi-Fi during our whole trip.

Picked up hotspot with pocket translator at Osaka KIX and returned at Tokyo NRT. Hassle free return. They provide prepaid postage envelope so you can drop at any mailbox.

Coverage was excellent and translator came in handy. Will definitely use Japan Wireless on my next Japan trip!

It was a perfect access point during our Japan trip.
