I rented the pocket wifi and it met all our needs for navigating through the city and beyond. Easy pickup and drop off. Long battery life, excellent service. Definitely a must have. Highly recommend.

I ordered a Japan Wireless pocket wifi for my family’s 2 week trip in Japan. It was delivered to our hotel, and was very easy to return in the supplied envelope at the end of our trip. All 4 of us used it extensively each day and it worked perfectly. Would highly recommend Japan Wireless :)

Delivery service is convenient. I had the wrong hotel address, and they worked with the hotels to get my pocket wifi delivered to the correct address, which was greatly appreciated. It was compact, lasted all day, and came with a battery pack, which I rarely needed to use. The service was great too - no problems with 2 people accessing in Tokyo, Gifu, and Kyoto. Highly recommend!
