Fantastic service as expected. Equipment was waiting at hotel as arranged even though we arrived a few hours early. Constant access around Japan even up a mountain. Easy to return at airport. Great price hassle free. Highly recommended and I will use this service again.

We went to several places (Kyoto, Nara, Tokyo, Hakone, Kanazawa and Osaka) and in all those places the connection was very reliable. Returning the device is also straight forward and easy. One thing thought, we almost miss the time in collecting the device at KIX because it close at 2100 and we were able to come out of the airport arrival area at 2105.

We got two units for our big group, which gave us fast and reliable internet throughout our 10-day stay in Japan. Pickup and drop off at the airport was easy and convenient. We were initially worried that we would not make it before the pickup place closed at 9 p.m. because we were coming in on a late flight. The customer service was very helpful to discuss our options if that happened. Fortunately, we arrived just in time to pick up the package at the counter. From there it was plug and play. Very easy to use. The return was a breeze as well, and the instructions were very clear. Pricewise, it's one of the cheapest options there is. We were very happy with the service and will choose Japan Wireless again on our next Japan adventure!!!

Loved the service, we ordered the router prior to the trip and picked up at the post office inside Narita airport. Worked perfectly, battery lasted well too. Dropped off before we entered the security in the provided envelope at the end of the trip. Highly recommend.

Worked to my expectations

Entire process was easy. Shipped to hotel and was ready when I checked -in. Had no issues with the device and the instructions provided were clear. It was super nice to have this wherever I went in Tokyo. Though the provided a power bank, I never had to use it....battery life of the device itself was pretty impressive.

From finding our pre-ordered package already at our hotel on arrival through to the ease of simply slipping the return envelope into a post box at the airport on departure, this was an excellent service. While separate might appear to have been a bit cheaper, the fact that this could be used for several devices negated that. The unit power bank was also useful for charging our devices when needed when we were out and about! Very satisfied with our choice.

It covered all my family(of 4) whole time in Japan. Battery last long enough to enjoy the activities all day. pickup location had to be changed, but I called emergency# and they were helpful to set up the different location for the pick up. Overall was great experience!
